BRING IT ON!

My dear Ladies,

I want to devote this blog to you.
I am so excited to share my experience, my mistakes and my achievements. 
I truly believe that today, in the age of competition, we should really support and encourage each other to become the best version of ourselves.
This blog is my challenge and at the same time  my motivation!
I have always been complimented on my body, my skin, my style & makeup, etc.
This is why I decided to share what I know.
4 months ago I had my first baby (parenting is pure happiness, true story).
I will keep you posted about the lifestyle, which will bring my body back to skinny, cause, pregnancy often leaves its footprints.

Here comes the first healthy tip:
What is the first thing you do after you wake up?
I drink water to start up my body and then go to my backyard with my baby to greet the raising sun and to think how grateful I am for a new day beginning.
When you look good  you feel good.
This is so important for any woman, as well as a new mom.
Everything big starts from the first step!
